We’re excited to share important changes to our Caregiver Bonus structure! Starting on 1/1/2024, we will move toward a more consistent and transparent bonus structure!
Caregivers will be eligible to earn a monthly bonus based on their number of completed bookings and the number of backouts within the month. Please see the chart below.
Bonuses will paid on the second or third paycheck of the month (depending on whether you are typically paid weekly or bi-weekly) and will include bonuses earned for the previous month.
A few reminders:
Only completed bookings will be counted
For bonus purposes, all backouts will be accounted for, even if they are “waived” using sick or vacation time
Bonuses are taxed as bonus or incentive income and will appear as a separate line item on your pay slip
