Care for Business is an employee benefit that offers subsidized childcare to employees of corporations that we contract with. Caregivers are booked by these clients through the Caregiver Booking Support Team or by clients directly using their Care for Business app .

All of our jobs and clients are part of this program. Part of our contract with these corporations is that we offer qualified caregivers available to their employees. Because of this, all clients and caregivers on the Backup Care/Care for Business platform are only permitted to contract with each other using Backup Care.

This is outlined to the clients when they are advised of their benefit and when they use the app. They are told, as are caregivers, that both parties are not allowed to contract jobs outside of the Care for Business platform. Clients can contact their HR department for more information.
