Accessing Previous Conversations on Trusted (iOS Users and Android / Desktop Users)

Open the app and click three white lines in the top left corner

Select the 'Support' button

Click the 'Chat' button

Click 'See previous' under the blue 'Send us a message' button

All your past conversations and notifications will be listed there

Open providers.usetrusted.com and click the blue chat icon in the bottom right corner

Select 'See all your conversations' under the blue 'Send us a message' button

All your past conversations and notifications will be listed there
