PART-TIME CAREGIVERS

Based on feedback directly from caregivers around overall compensation, and the pay-for-performance program, we have restructured the program to be more rewarding, and at a faster pace for all caregivers!

  • Starting 2023, part-time caregivers will now be eligible for a $0.25 increase per hour upon completion of 10 jobs (up to a max of $25/hour)

Increases will still be reviewed monthly, and put in place at the start the month after the increase was earned (ex. I worked 10 jobs in October, I will see my increase placed in the system for 11/1).

*Please note: Caregivers must be in good standing (not on any final warnings for performance or attendance) to be eligible for an increase.

FULL-TIME CAREGIVERS

Based on feedback directly from caregivers around overall compensation, and the pay-for-performance program, we have restructured the program to be more rewarding, and at a faster pace for all caregivers!

  • Starting 2023, full-time caregivers will now have an opportunity to be eligible for a $0.50 increase per hour upon completion of 100 jobs (up to a max of $25/hour)

Increases will still be reviewed monthly, and put in place at the start of the month after the increase was earned (ex. I worked my 100th job in October, I will see my increase placed in the system for 11/1).

*Please note: Caregivers must be in good standing (not on any final warnings for performance or attendance) to be eligible for an increase.
