Acceptable behavior outlined in the document at the bottom of this article is not limited to the statements below however, it gives a general outline of acceptable behaviors.

Our expectations of all caregivers are to support our families by providing outstanding childcare services including creating a safe environment, professional communication and interactions, as well as a fun and engaging environment for the children in your care.

In line with our tiered progressive corrective action path, failure to meet these outlined expectations may result in corrective action up to and including termination.

Please review the document below for a thorough understanding of the outcomes of decisions you may make before, during, and after a booking (pages 15 - 22).
