Confirm that it is a Friday payday and that you completed bookings in the prior pay period.
If you've confirmed the above but still do not see your earnings in your bank account:
Log in to Workday to review your direct deposit / bank information to confirm it is correct.
Inform Caregiver Support at caregiverhelp@care.com that you have not received your earnings and that your bank information is correct / incorrect.
We will work directly with you to see what prevented the direct deposit, and ensure you receive your earnings promptly.
