If a Care for Business family asks if you have been vaccinated against COVID-19, please know that you are not required to disclose your vaccination status.

Families are notified that we cannot honor requests for vaccinated caregivers. If a parent asks if you are vaccinated and you do not wish to discuss, you may use the response below and refer them to our Caregiver Booking Support Team.

Thank you for asking and I can understand your concern. I am following all company policies related to COVID-19 including frequent hand washing and mask wearing on the job. I am not comfortable discussing my vaccination status, but if you have additional questions, you can reach out to the Caregiver Booking Support Team.”

Please note: Regardless of your vaccination status, you are still required to wear a mask during each booking, as you are caring for children who are not yet eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine.

If you have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19 , please ensure you have submitted your proof of vaccination into Workday and we will update your caregiver profile with a “vaccinated” badge. Contact us at caregiverhelp@care.com or via the chat function on your app if the badge is not appearing on your profile. Providing this information is entirely voluntary. In order to have the badge appear on your profile, you must provide proof of vaccination.
