Pausing Your Back Up Care Account

While we hope you stay with us for a very long time, we understand that certain circumstances may require a pause in employment. If you do need to pause your employment, we ask that you contact your supervisor or email caregiverhelp@care.com to discuss a potential account pause. Pauses are considered on a case-by-case basis.

In these circumstances, we ask that you come prepared with when you are able to return, your reason for pausing employment, and any additional questions/asks.
