When can you expect a response from your supervisor:
Supervisors are available for one-on-one sessions or phone calls from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Please note, your supervisor may be in a different time zone, which could affect their availability. Below, you will find each supervisor listed along with their respective time zone.
Supervisors strive to respond to every email and chat message promptly, but they are prioritized based on urgency (i.e., safety concerns will be addressed before expense report queries). Rest assured, they will get back to you as soon as possible!
As a general rule, you can expect a response within 24 hours during regular business hours, Monday through Friday.
What should I do if I need to talk to someone right away and it’s outside of 9:00 am - 5:00 pm?
The best way to get your questions answered is to first check the FAQ/Hub. Enter keywords related to your issue and see what articles appear. There's a wealth of valuable information available, but it may take some reading to find what you need.
If you can’t find your answer, then you can send us a message through the in-app chat feature (or the chat function on your mobile browser)!

It’s hard to know what to share and when to share it but we want you to know that your supervisors are here to support you any way they can.
Did something make you uncomfortable at your last booking? Let your supervisor know.
Are you confused about how to add availability and feel too embarrassed to ask for help? Don’t be! Talk to your supervisor and they’d be happy to jump on a virtual meeting to walk you through the process.
If you're feeling overwhelmed or frustrated with work, don't hesitate to call your supervisor. They're here to support, encourage, and assist you when you need it most—all you have to do is ask.
What method of contact is best to get a hold of my supervisor?
Supervisors regularly check their email and chat messages (via in-app and mobile browser) during business hours, and both methods are equally effective. If you have a chat message that you specifically want your supervisor to see, mention their name, and the booking support team will ensure they receive it.
