To better support all of you, we created a Caregiver Booking Support Team dedicated entirely to booking support. If you have any questions about job details, job offers, open jobs, or issues related to your bookings, please reach out to this team. Additionally, if you need to back out of a booking for urgent circumstances (sickness or emergency), please alert this team first.

Your Supervisor

Your Supervisor is your direct manager and is here to support you during your caregiver journey. They are here to help answer any questions you have and address any concerns you might have about your role. You can expect them to reach out with client feedback, check in about your availability, training, payroll/expense reporting, and schedule 1 on 1 time to connect with you!
