While we hope you never have to use this guidance, follow these steps if an emergency occurs on the job.
In the case of an emergency, remain calm and remember you are responsible for the health and well-being of the child.
Call 911 immediately, followed by the parent(s). If you are unable to get a hold of the parents, please reference the emergency phone number list.
Follow instructions provided by emergency services.
Once the child is out of harm’s way, contact our Caregiver Booking Support Team via the Chat option on the Caregiver App or call 617-739-5437.
Follow up with your manager or caregiverhelp@care.com on all details after the emergency.
