We do the hard work of finding and scheduling a childcare provider for when parents need one. The Trusted app continuously syncs the availability you add via the “My Schedule” tab on the app so that parents can immediately view available providers. Parents select and book a childcare provider based on the date, time, and location care is needed.
iOS Users: How to Access the App: Go to the iTunes App Store search for the “Trusted Caregiver” app. Once the app is installed tap on it to start. Log in with the email address you are using for Backup Care and the password emailed you.
Android & Web Users: How to log in on your Android device or computer: Go to your Chrome browser and type https://providers.usetrusted.com/login (Note: The web app will only work on Chrome, so please download this browser if you don’t already have it). Log in with the email address you are currently using for Backup Care and the password emailed you.
