IF you are an IOS user:
Go to the app store and download the Trusted Caregiver App
A welcome/post onboarding email will be sent to your email address with login information for the app/website to indicate you are ready to start working.
Log into the app on your phone
IF this is the first time you're logging in, tap on "my profile" and make sure the following is accurate: write up, age experience, badges, photos. If anything needs to be updated, please reach out to your supervisor and we can alter it for you on the backend.
IF you are an Android user:
Open the Chrome browser on your phone (only works from Chrome) and go to Providers.UseTrusted.com

Workday
Workday has an application or an online website. While you can do almost everything on both, we've found the desktop version to be far more intuitive and seamless when submitting vacation time (PTO) or expenses.

When you initially joined us, our HR team sent you login information. Please refer to that login information. Note, your username should be your firstname.lastname.
If you are unable to find your login information for any reason, just select the "Forgot Password" or "Change Password" function and you will receive an email to reset your password.
KnowBe4
Caregiver training is completed through KnowBe4, our online training platform primarily used for onboarding and continued learning.
Training is self-led, meaning you can complete the assigned modules at your own pace within the required timeframe.
To log in, use your Caregiver email: firstname.lastname@care-caregivers.com
KnowBe4 can be accessed from multiple devices — use a computer, your phone’s web browser, or the KnowBe4 mobile app.
