Learn what platforms you'll utilize on the platform and what you'll use them for. Once you know what platform you're hoping to learn more about, you can view individual how to's in the technology sub-sections, broken out by platform!

As a caregiver, you'll use Workday for several tasks and updates:

  • Payroll

  • Admin Time Reporting

  • Expense Reports

  • Vacation Time (PTO) & Sick Time

You'll utilize Gmail to:

  • Communicate with your supervisor and servicing

  • Review communications from our team

Trusted will be the main platform you utilize. Trusted is a phone application for iPhone users and can be accessed within a Chrome browser for Android users. Within it, you can:

  • Update your availability/unavailability

  • Setup or updated your profile

  • Respond to jobs (confirm, decline, cancel)

  • View the open job board

  • Open/end bookings

  • Access our FAQ's/Information Hub

EdApp is a learning management system that helps organizations create and deliver corporate training and skill development programs. It's designed to be mobile-first, allowing teams to learn on any device, anytime, and anywhere.

  • You’ll primarily use this for onboarding training when you first join the team, but it may also be used for additional trainings your supervisor assigns as needed.

  • There are also developmental courses available in areas like special needs care, infant care, child development, and more, allowing you to expand your skills as a caregiver. Be sure to ask your supervisor about these opportunities!

You will use Google Meet regularly to connect with your supervisor for one-on-one meetings and to participate in monthly team meetings. These virtual meetings are an important way to receive guidance, share updates, ask questions, and stay aligned with your team’s goals. Be sure to join on time, come prepared with any topics or questions, and follow professional etiquette during the calls to make the most of this time.
