Desktop/Mobile Browser Version:

If you use the iOS app version of the Trusted Platform, please watch the video labeled iOS APP VERSION, addressing the process of booking open request jobs through the app and understanding the difference between “Book Me” and “I’m Interested”.

iOS App Version:

Things to DO before you click “Book Me”, “I’m Interested” or “Yes, I’m Available”:

  • Check the job location and distance - it may be outside of your preferred zones

  • Check the date - does it take place on the weekend or a day you are unavailable

  • Check the time - does it start too early or go too late?

Things to KNOW before you click “Book Me”, “I’m Interested” or “Yes, I’m Available”:

  • Jobs that are pink/purple are recurring/multiple days, and jobs that are blue are one-time.

  • If you click “Yes, I’m Available”, this is the same as adding availability. You are saying that you will work that job if it becomes available.

  • If you click a request that says “Book Me”, you will automatically be booked into that job.

  • Please note that the jobs that say “I’m Interested” or “Yes, I’m Available” are not a guarantee that you will work.

  • If and when a pending job does become available, a member of the booking team will send you a message to confirm the job details with you.

  • If you see a booking on the job board that doesn’t exactly align with your availability times, contact the Caregiver Booking Support Team and offer to cover the times you are available. Families can be flexible and may be willing to adjust their hours. Partial care is better than no care!
