How to manage a booking on the app.

The booking automatically starts at the time that it is scheduled. If the start time changes, per the parent’s request or if you arrived late, please alert the Caregiver Booking Support Team as soon as possible. To end the booking, just tap “End booking” and ensure that you have adjusted to the correct end time before submitting. Having the right start and end times ensures the parent is charged correctly and that you’re paid correctly.
