Running Late to a Booking

Here's what to do if you're running late.

When you think you may be running late, text/call the parent to let them know and contact the Caregiver Booking Support Team immediately via the app or by calling 617-739-5437 option 1 with your estimated time of arrival (ETA) so we may also contact the family to ensure that they are aware. It is better to let the parent know you may be a few minutes late versus arriving late with no prior notice.

Please keep in mind that tardiness is unacceptable and can affect your performance review.
