Immediately make the desired change in "My Schedule”. Do not wait -- this prevents a parent from booking you for a time that you no longer available. If a parent has booked you, the expectation is that you fulfill the commitment and provide amazing care. If you are absolutely unable to provide quality care, contact the Caregiver Booking Support Team immediately (and not the parent).
