Step-by-step process:

  • Step One: Log into the Trusted app or website (via the application or providers.usetrusted.com.

  • Step Two: Add, adjust, or delete your availability directly in the "My Schedule" tab of the Trusted app.

  • Step Three: Once you're in here, click on the date you'd like to set availability for.

  • Step Four: Save your work.

Always double check your availability to ensure 100% accuracy. Add only days and times you are confident in, and immediately remove any posted availabilities that you are unable to provide care since bookings are a firm commitment on your part. Availability should be posted for 4 weeks out at all times for full time and 2 weeks for part time.

Best Practice: As soon as you start to feel unwell or anticipate a potential schedule conflict, immediately delete your upcoming availability for the next 2-3 days. This will prevent you from getting booked by families in need of care. Add your availability when you feel better and/or are 100% confident in your schedule.
