PTO Accrual Policy
If a caregiver backs out of a booking, they must enter accrued Vacation or Sick time in Workday to “waive” the absence. If the caregiver does not have the accrued time required to “waive” the absence, then the absence will be unexcused. This will be for all backouts of already booked jobs.

Unexcused Absences
If you do not have accrued vacation or sick time to excuse your backout, it will be considered Unexcused Absence.
The 1st unexcused absence = 1st Warning
The 2nd unexcused absence = Final Warning
The 3rd unexcused absence = Separation of Employment
