Part-Time Availability Requirements:
All caregivers are expected to enter in availability for at least two weeks in advance.
All caregivers are required to enter in one full day of availability per work week. Note: One full day of availability is defined as 8 consecutive hours between the hours of 6am-8pm Monday through Friday.
All caregivers are expected to update availability as soon as it changes.
Job Completion:
All caregivers are required to complete at least one job per work week, as long as the jobs align with your availability.
Confirm each job in a timely manner (within 1 hour for same-day jobs and within 24 hours for jobs at a future date).
Respond promptly when you are booked for a job, and be available to the Caregiver Booking Support Team when contacted regarding job details.
The minimum required travel distance is 15 miles.
Cancellations:
While we ask that you don't cancel jobs last minute, we understand there are some circumstances out of your control. IF you need to cancel last minute due to illness or emergencies, please be available for a call back.
Safety & Certifications:
Maintain up-to-date First Aid and CPR certifications. (We will reimburse the training expense.)
Bring a First Aid kit and notecards/paper to each job.
Contact the Caregiver Booking Support Team immediately if there are any health and safety related issues on the job.
If there is an emergency, contact the Caregiver Booking Support Team as soon as possible after calling the parents and/or 911 (The child’s safety is always your primary concern).
